Question by Dah Cookie Monster: What are some good ways to lose weight?
I feel very insecure about my weight. Especially in my stomach and upper thighs. What are some good ways to lose weight? I've tried other stuff but I always seem to drop out in the end. Some suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to all those who help.
