Question by Aguacero: How can I achieve weight loss and built muscle strength with raw food diet?
I am over 50, and I am allergic to nuts. I have been trying for the past 2 years without success, because I can't curve cravings (fats and sweets). When I break away from raw foods, it takes me about 3 days to go back. Plus my job is VERY stressful.

This is my routine so far:
