Question by BigSwole17: I NEED TIPS TO LOOSE WEIGHT DURING THE SUMMER?
I need tips to loose weight during the summer but the thing is that i can't do much running because i tore my acl early this year and im still on recovery so i need tips that would really work and that don't include alot of exercise doctor said to not do any sports or heavy exersice's so what should i do?
