I do deep breathing wheneveI find throughout the day. In office even when I am working on the computer I breath deeply. Will this reduce weight?? I heard because we get more oxygen to the cells by deep breathing, it increases the activity of the cells and thereby increases the calorie burning capacity of the body and reduces the weight.
