Question by petals: What should I add to my smoothie to give me more energy?
I read where using Whey Protein powder in your smoothies is an excellent way to boost metabolism. I am doing this for weight loss where I will replace two meals with two smoothies. I didn't want to use Whey protein since it comes from animal products. What is another option that will leave me energized and hopefully full? Should I just use meal replacement
