I've read a bit on HIIT and people seem to give pretty good reviews on it. But all the stuff I read on them is about weight loss and how HIIT is the best method. Well, I'm not looking for weight loss, I'm looking for increased fitness and speed for track and xc. Just wondering if HIIT is good for this, or is it just for weight
