Question by Sarah: How much fruit/veggies should I have a day on a diet?
I have been having 5 servings/fruit and 7 servings/veggies a day. I have been on a diet for a week and I already lost 1 pound :) But, I read somewhere not to eat fruits on a diet because it slows down weight loss. Is that true?

Answer by lovely & classyyou can eat as many veggies as u want.they are healthy. get 5 fruits
