Question by : What are good weight loss plans for couples that are free?
I'm 21 and my girlfriend is 20 and we both need to lose about the same amount of weight (35lbs) and we both would like to do it together and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good weight loss plans for couples that are free cause we really don't need to lose too much. If you could help us in any way such as advice or anything it would be appreciated thank
