Question by ChInOxo: How to lose weight fast and gain muscles?
yeah im only 15 years old and i weight about 265pounds and 6'2... i can only bench 150. I could prolly do 5push ups.. any tips only losing weight fast?i basically only want muscles in my legs and arm for football..maybe stomach

Answer by nekro13warm up for 15 min, do lifts and then do no more than 30 min of cardio...oh and lift 75 to 80%
