I start a diet, exercise, lose weight, and a few weeks later, I relapse, and return into a sloth,

Answer by dreds213Having lots of sex gets me pleasure and a 6 pack,best way of fitness by far,maybe give that a go,u will quit the gym,but not sex trust me
