Question by edwnc: Is it easier to lose weight if you sweat a lot?
A few people have told me that generally people who sweat profusely have an easier time losing weight. Is this true? I will be starting a diet and exercise program soon, and just wanted to know whether or not this is true (I do sweat a LOT when I exercise)
