After seeing the extra pounds my body has gained over the last couple of years (proof here), I decided to act! But.. how should I go about it? How bad is the damage? How much weight should I lose in order to feel healthier and better about my body? I joined several fitness programs in the past and after a while I got bored and decided to quit. So... what should I do? Should I take up running?
