Question by lkenn953: What are some healthy snacks for weight loss?
I'm a semi-healthy eating college student looking to lose a few pounds by bikini season (say 5 lbs. from 125 to 120). I'm also working out about 3 times a week in addition to eating better. Any advice?

Answer by honey_56653Fresh fruits and veggies...eggs are good for curbing hunger, I suggest hard boiled or if they are fried, use a non stick cooking
