on the counter at my work right next to me all day is one of those charity boxes of choccies 4 sale and i cant resist... :(

plus all the other crap i eat..

any secret tips to turn me off it?

eg...my mum used 2 keep a really fat pic on the fridge so she saw it whenever she went for food.(but i tend to eat out alot more)
