Question by Mesha: Does anyone have any weight loss tricks?
I am pretty good about diet and exercise, but I can't seem to get the weight off. My mom and most of my aunts are heavy ladies and I think the weight staying with my is more genetic than anything. Do you know of any tricks or tips that might help to lose those few pounds that seem to just want to stick around?
